Assessment

We look at the infrastructure, team, or scope in question and tell you what we found — including when the answer is that you do not need us.

Solution design

The technical approach and the delivery model, written down: what is built, who builds it, how it is supported.

Implementation

We build, deploy, or onboard. A named lead is accountable for the output and reports weekly.

Operations

We run and improve it. Scope, service levels and reporting are agreed in writing before anything starts.
