These terms govern use of the Eightech website only.

They are not a client agreement. Services Eightech provides are governed by a separate signed agreement — a master services agreement, statement of work, service level agreement or equivalent. Where those documents and this page differ, those documents govern the services.

3. Website purpose

This site exists to describe Eightech's services and products and to let you contact us. Its content is informational. It is not an offer, a quotation, or professional advice you should act on without talking to us.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, layout, graphics, logos and the Eightech name and marks — belongs to Eightech or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or use the content commercially without written permission. Third-party names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners.

We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, or that it is complete. Content may change without notice.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Liability in relation to services we provide is dealt with in the relevant signed agreement, not here.

Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy and cookie policy.

13. Governing law

The governing law and jurisdiction for these website terms are being confirmed alongside our corporate registration details and will be stated here once finalised. Nothing in this section affects the governing law of any signed agreement between Eightech and a client, which is set out in that agreement.

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top changes when the text does.
