What is Eightech?Eightech is a technology company operating between Morocco and the UAE. We deliver managed IT and software services, run outsourced teams, and build our own SaaS products.
Where does Eightech operate?We serve clients in Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf. Our stated operating location is Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We describe markets served and where teams work rather than claiming a network of offices.

What IT services does Eightech provide?Helpdesk and user support, infrastructure and sysadmin, monitoring and security operations, backup and recovery, plus software development, AI and automation, cloud and infrastructure, and data and analytics.
Does Eightech provide ongoing managed services?Yes. Managed services run on a monthly fee with a fixed scope and a service level table agreed in writing before work starts.
Can Eightech provide dedicated technology teams?Yes — engineers, designers, data specialists, QA, delivery and change leads, and IT operations staff, working as an extension of your team.
Can Eightech build custom software?Yes. Web and mobile applications, internal platforms, APIs, dashboards and integrations, taken from discovery through to maintenance.

How does IT outsourcing with Eightech work?We agree the roles, seniority, stack, language and hours, then put forward vetted profiles. You interview whoever you want. A named team lead is accountable for output and reports weekly.
Can teams be scaled up or down?Yes. Roles can be added, skills swapped, or capacity moved to another project on a monthly basis.
Can Eightech provide individual specialists?Yes — engagements range from a single specialist to a full delivery squad.
How are outsourced teams managed?They work in your tools and your rituals, with a named team lead on our side who owns the team's output and arranges cover for planned absence.

Projects
How does a project start?With discovery and an assessment, then a written solution design covering scope and delivery model. Nothing is built before that is agreed.
How long does implementation take?It depends entirely on scope, so we do not quote a standard duration. You get a timeline in the written proposal, based on your requirement.
Does Eightech work on existing systems?Yes. Most of our work involves systems that already exist — we work with the estate you have rather than requiring a rebuild.

How does Eightech protect customer information?Access to client systems and data is limited to the people who need it for the work. Our approach is described on the security page, which states only practices we actually follow.
How is project data handled?Project data is used for the engagement it was shared for. Handling, retention and deletion are agreed per contract — see data processing.
Can an NDA be signed?Yes. Confidentiality agreements are routine and can be in place before commercial discussions go into detail.
Do you hold security certifications?We do not claim any certification we have not been awarded. If a specific standard matters to your procurement process, ask and we will tell you exactly where we stand.

How does pricing work?It depends on the engagement model: managed services on a monthly fee, fixed-scope builds against a defined deliverable, and dedicated capacity per named specialist. You get commercial terms in writing in the proposal.
Does Eightech work on retainers?Yes — managed services and dedicated capacity are both ongoing arrangements.
Can we request a custom proposal?Yes. Use the proposal request form and tell us the requirement.
What currencies do you quote in?AED for UAE business and MAD for Morocco.
